Ticket date exchange and refunds

Learn how to change the date of your visit to Aquashow Park or request a refund under the official conditions.

Online ticket purchases for Aquashow Park are eligible for date changes or refunds exclusively for tickets bought on Aquashowtickets.com or last2ticket.com.

Date Change

In the date change process, requests are accepted free of charge, provided they are submitted at least 48 hours before the reserved date.
After completing the online form, you will receive a confirmation email with the new date.
Important: after the first date change, refunds or further cancellations will not be possible.

Refunds

The refund policy applies only to tickets purchased online through Aquashowtickets.com or Last2ticket.com.

Conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled visit date.
  • A processing fee of 15% of the ticket price plus VAT will be applied.
  • Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed after the request is validated.
  • No refunds will be given in cases of no-shows or if the ticket has already been validated at entry.

Important Notes

These conditions apply only to online purchases; tickets bought at physical box offices are not covered by this policy.

Only one date change is allowed: after changing the date, no refunds or further exchanges are possible.

Official communication: all notifications regarding refunds are sent via email—no notifications will be given by phone or in person.
